Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

Welcome to NeoRaSec. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access to the cybersecurity consulting insights, managed services (MSSP), and auditing services provided by NeoRaSec.

1. Scope of Work and Engagements

Any security assessment (including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or Cloud Audits) requires an explicitly signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Rules of Engagement (RoE) prior to commencement. NeoRaSec will solely target assets and infrastructure explicitly listed "in-scope" within the RoE documents.

2. Authorization and Compliance

You represent and warrant that you hold explicit legal ownership and authorization to test the systems, networks, or applications specified in your SOW. NeoRaSec is indemnified from third-party hosting, infrastructure, or operational disruptions resulting from the testing of mischaracterized or unauthorized out-of-scope assets provided by the Client.

3. Confidentiality and NDA

All information exchanged during NeoRaSec engagements falls strictly under mutual Non-Disclosure provisions. Neither NeoRaSec nor the Client will publish vulnerabilities, security holes, exploitation data, or sensitive proprietary architecture publicly without express, verifiable consent.

4. Limitations of Liability

NeoRaSec performs its services following the highest industry standards. However, cybersecurity is fluid by nature, and passing an audit or vulnerability assessment at a point in time is not a lifetime guarantee against future breaches. Our liability for any claim regarding the services provided shall not exceed the amounts paid to NeoRaSec for those respective services. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables provided under a SOW, including security reports and remediation guidance, become the property of the Client upon final payment. NeoRaSec retains all rights, titles, and ownership of its underlying tools, proprietary methodologies, and execution playbooks utilized to generate the deliverables.

6. Website Use

The contents of this website are for general informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to compromise, disrupt, intercept, reverse-engineer, or misuse the public NeoRaSec website or its associated assets.

7. Modifications to Terms

NeoRaSec reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any given time. We will provide timely notice of material changes directly to our active clients or via website updates. Continued usage of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
